We take involvement in scripts from the initial concept to the final shoot. Over the years we have formulated an effective workflow and modules that connect all members of the production team, keeping everyone fully engaged and informed on the direction and the final product.

We use a cloud module solution to allow multiple writers, producers and all other essential team members to work collaboratively and update essential documents in real time. This centralised approach simplifies the process of concept and shoot preparation.

Our project modules are pre-determined by the genre of the script, and are customised to enable fast-track movement to the production phase, with a straightforward process for adaption and rewrites during shooting.

Storyboarding

Our approach enables us to create a visual interpretation of the story, shot by shot. It’s an expansive approach, the advantages of which are that we can collaboratively integrate scenes and organise sequencing.

Index Cards

Our index cards are within a module as part of the script editing facility we offer. It’s industry standard, and proven as the best way to get things moving in the right direction.

Full Breakdown

This includes all the elements within the script we need to understand. In-line script breakdowns enable us to swiftly identify all the stuff we need for full production.

Catalogue

Our catalogue module is comprised of the talent, required props and wardrobe, all the equipment, locations and crew. Simplified, and easily accessible.

Budget

Within the budget module we can understand and amend all production expenses, as well as generating cost reports and comparing estimates vs actuals.

Shot List

The all-important shot list is provided to the camera crew to make certain they know exactly what they need to shoot. We can use this module to fully compile a detailed description of each shot.

Schedules

The schedules module we use to organise shooting dates and locations, and maximise every minute of every shoot on set. Wherever that may be.

Call Sheets

We can craft auto-populated call sheets to quickly distribute amongst cast and crew. What’s more, any changes further up the chain are automatically reflected in these call sheets, ensuring the latest information can be disseminated without delay.
